Job Summary

The Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Camp Kohola Attendant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Camp Kohola Attendant reports to the Camp Kohola Assistant Manager and is responsibile for providing a fun, safe, and interesting environment for guests ages 5 through 12 years old while complying with all Four Seasons Standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize, monitor, and participate in daily activities (indoors and outdoors) based on ages and skill level of children, always ensuring safety of children
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and comfort
• Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements;

anticipate guest needs.

• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and outside contacts.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Preferred experience would be at least 6 months of prior experience in a similar position
• Must be able to speak, write, and read English
• Must be have certifications for CPR, First Aid

Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $25.74 USD.
