Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze historical call volume data to forecast staffing needs and develop agent schedulesMonitor real-time adherence and adjust schedules based on call volume fluctuationsProduce and distribute reports on scheduling accuracy and staffing levels to management and stakeholdersRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment focusing on workforce managementProficiency in WFM software and strong Microsoft Excel skillsKnowledge of Average Handle Time (AHT) and its impact on staffing requirementsWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
