Regular schedule or prn available. We have hourly cases or visits with opportunities to manage cases. Experience with admissions, supervisory visits, discharges and OASIS a plus.

Requirements :
- Active / Valid (Unrestricted) Indiana RN License
- Must have at least one full-year of experience within the last three years (names and dates of places of employment must be provided)
- Physical within the last 6 months that states you are "free from" or "without evidence of" communicable diseases
- Current BLS - Healthcare Provider Certification (online-only certification not accepted)
- Current PPD or Chest X-ray (we can provide PPD if needed)
- Two Professional References (RN's or LPN's)
- Criminal history report with no activity listed (we will obtain at no cost to you)
- Drug Screen (we will set up at no cost to you)
Additional credentials may be required upon hire or per contract.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Receives reports on assigned clients.
- Performs client care within the scope of clinical nursing training and experience.
- Follows the physician's orders and implements the nursing care plan.
- Documents all pertinent information on the client's clinical record and keeps the Nurses and More office and physician informed of any changes in the client's condition.
- Updates knowledge and skills by attending in-service programs, continuing education programs, etc., and informs Nurses and More of all newly acquired skills.
- Respects client rights and ensures confidentiality.
- Performs age-specific assessments and nursing procedures for which his or her training has provided the necessary skills, judgment and proficiency.
