Oates Energy is hiring!! We begin all new hires to join as Customer Service Specialists. This is the best way to learn our business and grow from this position.
A customer service specialist assists customers with questions regarding their Oates Energy accounts over the phone and on line.
We are a growing company and looking for customer focused, goal oriented people that are interested in growing with us!! We will consider hiring part time employees.

Initial Job Responsibilities :
- Open / Close customer accounts
- Take payments over the phone
- Assist customers with trouble shooting leaks
- Return Mail review and account updates
- Inform customers of updates and assist with any questions
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Previous customer service or experience working with the public
- Bi-lingual is a plus
