Position Overview

Blue Yonder’s Creative Director, Art will be a hands-on leader for our North American design team, shaping and overseeing the execution of all campaigns across multiple platforms.

This role involves steering the creative design and execution of marketing campaigns, enhancing user experience through visual design, and managing a team of designers to ensure brand consistency.

In this role, you will drive B2B creativity and innovation in our communications, contributing significantly to our market positioning as a leader in supply chain solutions.

What you will do :

• Concept, design, and lead on a wide range of creative work, from integrated advertising campaigns, events and activations to performance-driven assets and digital sales collateral.
• Work with our creative team to develop and shepherd ideas from thought starters to produced assets.
• Develop and art direct engaging content that will connect with customers on every channel, earn attention from the media, and inspire customers to become Blue Yonder advocates.
• Work across departments to immerse yourself in the product and brand and execute on business needs and objectives.
• Continually look for creative opportunities to push our brand visually and evolve our brand guidelines.
• Manage, mentor and inspire a team of designers and content creators to produce high-quality, compelling content
• Contribute to the strategic marketing goals by delivering high-quality creative content.
• Drive consistency and high standards in the brand's visual output across all platforms.
• Enhance Blue Yonder’s market presence through innovative and visually compelling designs.

What we are looking for :

• 10+ years of experience in creative direction with a background in art direction or graphic design in-house or at an advertising agency,
• Portfolio of integrated work showcasing best-in-class campaigns and assets.
• Proven track record in leading creative teams of various sizes.
• B2B experience in technology or software preferred but not limited to.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in various content creation tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional creative vision and an innovative approach to marketing and communications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Dedication to customer success and satisfaction.

The salary range for this position is $137,127.00 to $172,873.0

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.

Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.

In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
