Virtual Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Washington!

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Conduct assessments to evaluate students functional abilities and design appropriate intervention plans.
Provide virtual therapeutic interventions and specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of students.
Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, parents, and support staff to optimize student learning outes.
Monitor student progress regularly, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain detailed records of student performance and therapy sessions.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals and transition plans.

Requirements :

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington.
Proven experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
Strong understanding of educational strategies and therapeutic interventions for diverse learners.
Excellent munication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment.
Passion for improving the lives of students with special needs and a mitment to their educational success.
