Description :
Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to be a Training Facilitator, Senior Level.
Tasking will include, but not limited to :
Develop and deliver training modules for the relevant Common Funded Governance Model (CFCDGM) stages managed in ACT : Module 1 (Pre-ORS);
Module 2 (CRB development); Module 3 (CPP development); Module 4 (Post CPP approval)
- Train new personnel assigned to ongoing CFCD programs
- Coordinate with the Program Management Office Best Practice Section for the incorporation of lessons learned, updated procedures and best practices to the training modules
- Coordinate with the PMO coordinators in coaching and mentoring program teams on a continuous basis
- Develop, update and deliver a 3-day CAPDEV Newcomers Orientation course, in cooperation with the Requirements Division and relevant CAPDEV actors
- Advise on annual Industry Best Practice Training for HQ SACT
- Provide CAPDEV cross functional related training
- Conduct Training Requirements Analyses and Training Needs Solutions for CFCDGM related training to be developed and delivered in NATO School Oberammergau (NSO) or other Training Facilities
- Participate in the development and delivery of training sessions in CFCDGM related courses (RMEP, C3, etc.)
- Work with Distributed Learning in the proposal and delivery of CFCDGM related training for the distributed learning platform
Requirements :
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and / or leading training, ideally related to NATO Global Programming
- Minimum of 5 years working in a national defense organization, a multinational organization or, ideally, NATO Command or Force Structure
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management, ideally working with the NATO Common Funded Capability Delivery Governance Model for capability development and implementation
- Program or Project Management certification (Axelos, PMP or similar methodologies)
- Experience in developing goals and expectations from the start of training sessions and set the tone for the training throughout training sessions
- Have knowledge of basic and advanced training techniques to include classroom management, Classroom Assessment Techniques (CATs), and student motivation
- Have knowledge of computer technology application as it applies to instructional presentation and the use of classroom training aids
- Possess high personal standards of technical knowledge and professional competence in delivering training material
- Possess the ability to perform in a military environment
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- US Citizen
Desirable Qualifications
- Possess a familiarity with the organization and hierarchy of the military rank and grade structure
- Possess a knowledge of military terminology
Education
Master’s degree in a related field
