Stillwater Medical Center Main Campus is a 117-bed acute care general hospital that provides a comprehensive range of services to patients across north central Oklahoma.

The Director of Pharmacy will be responsible for day-to-day operations and coordination of care, treatment, and service processes for off- site locations and departments throughout Stillwater Regional Medical Center.

Education :
- Masters of Science in Hospital Pharmacy (Administration), preferred. Completion of a hospital pharmacy residency preferred.
- Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) Preferred
- Graduate of school or college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council Education.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Minimum of eight (8) years hospital pharmacy practice.
- Five (5) years proven successful pharmacy department management experience.
- 340B Drug Program experience (required).
- Excellent communications skills, verbal, and written.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Experience with retail pharmacy a plus!
- Proven ability to recruit, build and motivate a strong team.
