Our pay structure :
- Service Commission : 40-45% based on sales
- Product Commission : 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank
- Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions
- 100% of your tips go directly to you on your paycheck

Qualifications
- 1+ year of hair cutting experience
- Texas State Cosmetology and / or Barber License
