What you'll be doing
- Supporting an assigned body of work, the Program Management Specialist is responsible for setting up projects, resource planning, communications, managing changes to the project scope and partnering with various teams including Creative Services, Compliance, Legal, Marketing Management, Distribution and Product
- Ensuring the timely creation and execution of digital content, campaigns, internal / external communications, and marketing collateral that support consistent enterprise core messaging and business line goals
- Partnering across multiple teams to ensure marketing collateral and content is accurate, relevant, and consistent in terms of style, quality tone of voice, and which optimizes market awareness of Lincoln’s products and / or services
- Ensuring that complex WPS Marketing collateral complies with all applicable regulatory requirements in partnership with both Compliance and Legal teams
- Participating in various marketing audits across all content and collateral
What we’re looking for
Must-haves :
- 1-3+ years in marketing and / or project management
- Demonstrates strong project management skills including the ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines
- 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Nice-to-haves :
- Retirement Plan, Group Protection, or Financial Services industry experience
- Experience with Workfront and Seismic platforms

The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $92,500 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law.
Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
