Pay Rate :

$30.75 / hr. up to $34.85 / hr.

Sign-on Bonus : $1000 after 30 days

$1000 after 30 days

$500 after 6 months

$500 after 1 year

The Job You Will Perform :

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment.

Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.

• Perform preventative maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring run out, calibrating dials, aligning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise level
• Complete emergency / break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations
• Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations
• Accurately use measurement and test equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks
• Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork
• Work independently as well as part of a team
• Follow all safety rules and practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision

The Skills You Will Bring :

• Strong mechanical skills and aptitude
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Skilled in pneumatics, electrical, PLC, and hydraulics
• Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices
• Well-rounded electrical, mechanical and machine shop skills and experience
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Highly-qualified candidates would possess a technical degree or apprenticeship certification and maintenance experience in the corrugated industry or similar manufacturing environment

Candidates selected for further consideration will be required to complete a tests on job-related skills, a panel interview, background check, drug screen, and pre-employment health assessment.
