- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license without restrictions
- CPR / First Aid Certification
- Aggression Management and Trauma Informed.
- Exceptional ability to ensure high-quality patient care and expedite concerns
- Advanced ability to supervise nursing staff and schedule shifts
- Ability to collaborate with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals
- In-depth knowledge of best practices and experience in Mental Healthcare

Works as a mentor and assists with crisis intervention. Participates in the facilities performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
- Ensuring that patients receive quality healthcare
- Can use problem solving skills effectively and safely
- Ensuring that Parkside’s policies and procedures are followed
- Performing administrative duties, including scheduling nursing staff shifts
- Expediting issues of concern to senior administrators
