Key Responsibilities

Develops and maintains customer relationships with all relevant individuals in his / her district at all times, at all levels.
Performs regular customer visits.
Manages, coaches and directs all customer engineers in his / her district. Responsible for salary planning, career planning, corrective actions where necessary, establishes objectives and performance appraisals.
Gives formal updates to all employees regarding business, new hires, and new products.
Initiates reports necessary for the business. Acts as the prime interface with the Product Divisions : tech support, training, spares, and reliability.
Monitors the CSD Award Program with quarterly results (election, announcements). Oversees the mentor program to ensure all new engineers have a defined mentor.
Executes escalation procedures.
Responsible for account planning with the District Sales Engineer. Provides support plans for system sales to CSD Management, Sales, and Field Engineering.
Responsible for financial forecasting for his / her district and for cost efficiency, measured by financial results.
Responsible for system installation; planning, reporting, and execution, including pre-facility meetings, start-up meetings, and process support identification.
Manages RMA procedures, measuring engineers on their effectiveness. Oversees accuracy, understanding, and updates of Customer Engineer hours tracking.
Conducts personal cross-checks and signatures, measures customer engineers, and takes corrective actions as necessary.

Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the processes by which to meet those goals. Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies, with management reviewing work to measure the meeting of objectives.

Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance. Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees.

Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate actions.

Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules.

Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.

U.S. Salary Range :
$92,000.00 - (phone number removed). The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
