A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FULL-TIME / PART-TIME SENIOR FLOOR TECH / JANITORIAL

As a Floor Tech Supervisor / Janitor, you arrive each evening, ready to clean, sanitize. You enjoy "getting in the zone" and working independently without a lot of interruptions.

Whether it's sweeping, dusting, mopping, carpet cleaning, stripping / waxing, buffing or emptying the trash, you get great satisfaction out of checking each task off one-by-one and being able to physically see what you've accomplished.

Responsible for overseeing all floor care and carpet cleaning services in all areas of the building. This position provides leadership and supervision to Floor Technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PART-TIME SENIOR FLOOR TECH / JANITORIAL

• 5+ years of janitorial floor tech and supervisor experience in commercial or medical facilities
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check

FULL-TIME / PART-TIME WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time / part-time Senior Floor Tech works FLEX Shifts (mainly in the evenings) including weekends . Must have a valid Driver's License.
