Position Overview :
We’re seeking a skilled Travel RN with Emergency Department experience for a Night Shift assignment. This is an incredible opportunity with a weekly gross pay of $3,550 on a 48-hour contract.
Flexibility for 11 / 11 starts (10 weeks) or 11 / 18-12 / 9 starts (8 weeks) is available.
Key Details :
Shift : 12-hour nights, 6 : 30 pm - 7 : 00 am (block scheduling not guaranteed)
OT : Begins after 48 hours
Holiday Requirement : Must work 1 major holiday
Floating : Yes, as needed
Scrub Color : Navy blue
Unit Information :
Unit : 64 beds (40 acute, 6 super track, 2 trauma, 10 CDU, 6 psych)
Patient Demographics : Newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
Common Cases : Stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure
Specialty Equipment : Rapid Infuser, Arctic Sun
Required Meds & Drips : Pressors, vasodilators, anti-arrhythmics, sedation medications
Requirements :
Experience : 2+ years ED experience (pediatrics experience a plus) and documented travel experience
References : 2 recent ED Charge / Manager RN references
Certifications : Current AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS (TNCC preferred but not required)
Licenses : Active NY license (Nursys verification required)
EMR Experience : EPIC
Charge Capability : Highly preferred
