Project Manager
Ephrata, PA
We are partnering with a specialty construction contractor out in Ephrata, PA who is a family-owned business for over 100 years now.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to help support small to large-scale projects throughout the Mid Atlantic.
Job Responsibilities :
Report to the Division Office Manager
Manage all aspects of multiple construction projects
Communicate with superintendents for labor and material issues that affect project efficiency
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure construction teams have the materials needed to maintain construction schedules
Communicate with General Contractor's project teams
Attend job site meetings
Coordinate our work with other construction trades
Generate schedule of values and all project related documents
Review and understand project specific contractual responsibilities
Duties also include quantity takeoffs, submittals, samples, shop drawing review, change orders, responding to RFI's / ASI's and emails
Experience & Qualifications :
Construction project management background required
Prioritize and complete multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Organized, detail oriented, motivated and capable of learning new skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Microsoft Office, Blue Beam / On Screen Takeoff
