The 8300 Processor is responsible for reviewing and filing in accordance with IRS requirement all 8300 reports for deals while maintaining excellent customer service to the dealerships they serve.

Job Responsibilities :

Review 8300 reports pull 8300 forms out of deals to submit to IRS Work with Stores to obtain 8300 reports that are not scanned with deals or for deals that have not been scanned Assist the stores with properly completely the 8300 Forms according to the IRS guidelines Maintain 8300 reporting database, updating information as needed Assist Stores with 8300 audits as requested Assist Billing department as needed during peak times Meet or exceed IRS deadlines and SSC SLA requirements Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

Problem Solving :

Able to solve issues with minimal assistance

Qualifications :

A clear understanding of accounting principles and logic Flexible work schedule to accommodate month-end deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multi-task Excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities Team player with superior service skills Working knowledge of MS office software MS Excel, Word, and Office Automotive accounting experience preferred, but not required
