Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include :
- Strong working knowledge of Florida building code.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-family and commercial interior renovation projects.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Google Docs, and MS Suite.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Coordinate subcontractors, manage manpower and resources, and address field issues according to project specifications.
- Oversee project schedule, quality, and budget, and maintain records and estimates in Procore.
- Engage with the project owner’s representative and lead weekly project meetings.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities. Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and 401k with company match.
