1. Minimum 5 years experience with working in cross functional teams, coordinating between technical and business teams.
2. Minimum 5 years experience with budgeting and operations support (Rhythm of Business, running meetings, etc.).
3. Minimum 3 years experience with working closely with executives.
Hard Skills Assessments
- Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled : ASAP week of 9 / 30
- Hard Skills Assessment Process : The assessment process will include likely 3 rounds, an initial screen by the sponsor, then 1-2 meetings with additional members of the team including the GM the role will support.
- Required Candidate Preparation : Candidates should have examples of their previous experience with strategic initiatives as well as working with executives and cross functional teams prepared prior to the assessment.
