Key ResponsibilitiesMake adjustments on Raptive products across thousands of websites based on best practices and creator requestsEducate creators on technical concepts and create / update support documentationRepresent the voice of creators in meetings with Product and QA teams and escalate bugs / issuesRequired QualificationsExpertise in HTML and CSSStrong familiarity with WordPress and understanding of custom post types, hooks, and filtersBasic knowledge of JavaScript for troubleshooting conflictsExperience with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Google Suite, and ZendeskStrong self-discipline and ability to work independently in a remote environment
