- Monitor patients’ vital signs and symptoms, and collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust care as needed.- Administer medication, treatments, and other medical interventions according to prescribed guidelines.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.- Educate families and caregivers on patient care and management.- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
