Associate Doctor of Veterinary Medicine GP Urgent Care - West LA Papaya Veterinary Care is seeking an Associate Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) for full-time employment for our West Los Angeles location.

We are a transformative veterinary hospital that offers an elevated level of care to both our patients (fur babies) and caregivers (clients).

Our hospital is in the wonderful neighborhood of Sawtelle . Our hospital is just 3600 square feet with spacious lobby designed for comfort of those waiting, an urgent care room, dental suite with two dental tables, a doctor’s office, and spacious break room for staff to put up their feet.

Our ideal candidate possesses the following requirements : Valid license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of California Ability and willingness to see Urgent Care cases General dentistry knowledge with the ability to recommend and execute the proper treatment plan Knowledge of current medical best practices Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills and the ability to develop caring, trusting, lasting relationships with pet parents and team members.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. A desire to participate in the development of the hospital’s client base, operating procedures, staff training, mentorship, and technology.
