Typical Schedule : D ay shifts, Monday - Friday, with a rotating on-call requirement with other nursing leadership

Requirements :
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in MA
- Provide oversight and direction to clinical team
- Make rounds with physicians, as necessary
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team
- Other special projects and duties, as assigned
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Three (3) years or more years of experience as a manager / Director of Nursing in a nursing care center, hospital or other related health care center
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
- Primary series of COVID vaccination is required
