The Laborer position is responsible for operating equipment, loading, un-loading and moving tires within the Silver Lining Tire Recycling facility.

What you'll do :
- Unload scrap from Passenger, Commercial Trailers, and Straight Trucks;
- Load scrap van trailers with commercial blowouts and OTR Scrap
- Cart high tread tires to air checker or used tires to dock for delivery;
- Assist loading used tires that were purchased for delivery to customers;
- Bag and palletize rubber mulch;
- De-bead and de-rim truck tires;
- Remove rims on passenger tires using tire machine;
- Operate tire recycling equipment
- Clean shop and parking lot;
- Maintains an organized and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements :
- 18 years old
- A valid driver's license is required for this position
- High school diploma or GED is helpful
- Ability to lift an object weighing up to 75 pounds
- Varying work hours, Mon-Sat, some overtime may be required. Workshop environment, with heavy physical requirements and long periods of standing. Job Benefits :

Compensation : $16.00 per hour + $1,000 Signing Bonus ($500 after 3 months and $500 after 6 months).
