In this pivotal role, you will develop accurate, competitive estimates for luxury remodels, ensuring that our projects remain profitable while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for high-end residential projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
- Analyze project specifications and collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to refine estimates.
- Manage bid processes, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with key vendors and subcontractors.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities while ensuring top-tier craftsmanship.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of estimating experience in luxury residential construction.
- Expertise in construction management software such as BuilderTrend and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- A deep understanding of high-end materials, finishes, and labor costs.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
