job summary :
Join one of the world's leading machining companies as an Field Service Engineer in Seattle, WA. Position will need to travel around 50% of the time.
It is an hourly role that pays for time driving / flying to client sites and is eligible for overtime pay. Company car and gas car provided (minimal out of pocket costs).
Ideal candidates will have experience with installing, repairing and preventative maintenance on CNC machinery. This is a direct hire opportunity with generous monthly allowances and additional benefits.
responsibilities :
- Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on CNC Machinery
- Developing, preparing, generating, and analyzing ongoing service reports
- Demonstrate a willingness to help others and be a team member; often working with client's engineering team
- Provide assistance and training to client's engineering team on installation and maintenance of newer product lines
- Manage difficult customer situations in a positive manner, respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting / repair / install of CNC Machine and tools
- Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
