Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SeniorEngineer specializing in High Voltage Cable Design to join our teamin Huntersville NC.

The ideal candidate will have a deepunderstanding of high voltage design including the ability todevelop comprehensive cable design solutions with detailedgrounding and bonding schemes.

This role requires exceptionalcommunication skills and the ability to interact effectively withclients including delivering formal technicalpresentations.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Design high voltage cables ensuring all specificationsand requirements are met.
• Develop detailedgrounding and bonding schemes for high voltage cablesystems.
• Provide innovative and effectivesolutions to complex design challenges.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand theirneeds and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Prepare and deliver formal technical presentations tocustomers explaining design concepts and addressing any concerns orquestions.
• Work closely with crossfunctionalteams including manufacturing and testing to ensure seamlessimplementation of designs.
• Stay current withindustry trends advancements and best practices in high voltagecable design.
• Provide technical support andguidance to junior engineers and other team members.
• Participate in client meetings offering expert advice andensuring customer satisfaction with design solutions.
• Document all design processes and decisions ensuringtraceability and compliance with company standards.

• High Voltage DesignExperience : Extensive experience in high voltagecable design with a proven track record of successfulprojects.
• Cable DesignSolutions : Ability to complete comprehensive cabledesign solutions including grounding details and bondingschemes.
• CommunicationSkills : Outstanding communication skills with theability to interact effectively with clients and internalteams.
• TechnicalPresentations : Ability to prepare and deliver formaltechnical presentations to customers explaining complex designconcepts clearly.
