HOW A STAFFING MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :
Responsible for ensuring the Program is properly staffed with qualified candidates who meet customer and GDIT requirements.
Prepare and post job requisitions.
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions / recommendations based on candidate’s qualifications and experiences.
Lead staffing calls to review position vacancies, staffing metrics, and communicate staffing changes, and follow up on action items.
Attend and participate in customer meetings relating to staffing updates and changes.
Coordinate new hire orientation, orient new hires to the Program, and ensure new hire paperwork is completed and compliant with organization and customer policies and procedures.
Review and process timesheets for new hires
Notify customers of staffing changes, including new hire start dates and reassignments.
Communicate with GDIT’s Talent Acquisition Team and Sub-contractors on Program staffing requirements.
Track metrics relating to candidate updates, position status, recruiting metrics, and compliance; prepare and ensure the accuracy of weekly and monthly reports
Participate in Program and recruiting events.
Special projects / tasks assigned as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
REQUIRED SKILLS :
A minimum of seven 7 years of experience as a task / program / project manager, and / or in Human Resources (HR) support.
Demonstrated ability to handle demanding situations with clarity, focus, and professionalism, and respond to quick turnaround tasks.
Demonstrated Talent Acquisition experience, with an understanding of the recruiting lifecycle.
Proven ability to handle a large, complex workload, effectively coordinate multiple resources, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to problem solve.
Detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite
Effective administrative and organizational skills
Demonstrated time management skills
Effective people management skills
Location : On Customer Site
US Citizenship Required
TS / SCI with Polygraph
PREFERRED SKILLS :
Education : Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science or higher preferred.
Ten or more years of Project / Program Management (PM) experience within the Intelligence Community preferred.
Proven experience managing a corporate administrative contract for the Federal Government as a PM or Project Manager.
PMP or HR-related certification.

The likely salary range for this position is $133,450 - $180,550. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
