We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales & Marketing with a strong background in Data Privacy & Governance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior-level leadership experience in Data Privacy & Governance.
- Proven track record of success in building and scaling sales and marketing functions in early-stage and growth-mode companies.
- Strong understanding of the North American market and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
