Tew & Taylor has established itself as a premier provider of private provider services in Florida for over 15 years. We specialize in inspection and plan review services for high-end residential, commercial, and condominium new build and restoration projects.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and oversee the smooth execution of our inspection and plan review services.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring that all permits and documentation move efficiently through the approval process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Permit Management : Manage relationships with municipal building officials to ensure project permits are processed efficiently.
- Client Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for contractors and client stakeholders, keeping them informed of the status of permits and any requirements for timely processing.
- Customer Support : Address customer inquiries and assist with documentation and paperwork as needed.
- Proposal Generation : Prepare fee estimates and proposals for clients based on guidance from Tew & Taylors owners.
- Client Relations : Build and maintain relationships with major clients, encouraging them to include Tew & Taylor in future projects.
- Project Oversight : Manage the companys active project list, coordinating audits where necessary, and assigning new projects to inspectors.
- File Organization : Manage and organize client files using Microsoft Teams.
- Billing Support : Contact clients to discuss overdue payments and ensure timely resolution.
- Ad-hoc Projects : Handle additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in construction, permitting, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with both clients and building officials.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Competitive salary of $70,000 80,000 per year.
- Year-end performance-based bonus.
- $200 medical insurance reimbursement per two-week pay period upon proof of insurance.
- 3% company-matching IRA program starting during the first available enrollment period.
- 3 weeks (15 weekdays) of paid time off (PTO) per year, with accrual starting after 90 days.
