Part Time Operations Leader

NHBlacklabs Delivery is looking for highly organized candidates with good quantitative ability for the position of Operation Supervisor.

This is a key role of our daily closing, and the schedule will be 4 : 00pm until last driver arrives back (8 : 30-9 : 30pm).

The Operation Supervisor is responsible for maintaining detailed nightly inventories of items sent out each day for drivers.

Oversight of Drivers and Fleet to ensure a smooth launch the following morning. You will also need to demonstrate leadership abilities as you will have people reporting to you.

Operations Supervisor Responsibilities :

• Maintain operating supplies and driver devices, re-order when necessary.
• Clean maintain and organize vehicle bags for next day opening procedures.
• Discuss with drivers any issues on route with geo issues, device or app issues.
• Oversight of Fleet Management ensuring vehicle routine maintenance and inspection, close procedures. Knowledge of van inventory of operational vehicles for route commitments the following day.
• Promote Teamwork and ensure that all work with and for each other. Keeping a positive attitude while adjusting to corporate changes to the front line.

Keeping an open mind assisting DA's understand policy and procedures in maintaining compliance and safety goals.

Directed by owner or operations executive.

Operations Supervisor Requirements :

• Schedule will be 5 nights a week including either a Sat or Sun night. 6 or 7 nights may be available if desired.

• Additional hours may be available.

Basic Requirements :

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• High-school diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Be able to interact with smartphones and smartphone applications.
• We are a 7 day a week operation and the job will require a weekend day.
• Have a valid US driver's license.
• Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and / or stretch during shift.
• Work with a drive slow and move fast mentality, everything is tracked, and you must be comfortable with problem solving.
