- Implement company policies and ensure team compliance
- Organize team sales workshops and career development activities
- Communicate effectively with customers, clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
