Senior Manager Security Engineering

Responsibilities

include, but not limited to :

• Supervising security measures for the protection of Cloud Infrastructure and integrations with experience in all three major CSPs
• Maintains, leads, and challenges the cloud security footprint to bring continuous advancement and maturity
• Assists IT operations and security owners to implement scalable security capabilities and processes in cloud-native applications
• Research and rmend new security technology capabilities and their applicability within the greater organization
• Experienced in being metrics driven with consistent advancement to shaping the organization’s security policies and standards for use in cloud environments
• Advising and influencing multi-disciplinary teams in implementing and operating Cyber Security controls
• An advocate for policy of code, security, and automation. Embracing IAC and the CICD / SDLC lifecycle towards all cloud activities
• Collaborating with application developers and database administrators to deliver creative solutions to difficult technology challenges and business requirements
• Applying adept understanding and experience with systems automation platforms and technologies

What you have

Required :

• Bachelor’s Degree inputer science or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of people management within cybersecurity
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in network security, data security, etc.

Preferred :

• Experience in Cloud Security within the Financial Services sector
• Experience with native tooling in Public Cloud offerings as well as third party security controls
• Multiple certifications in cybersecurity and cloud cybersecurity highly preferred (CISSP-Certified Information Systems Security Professional, CCSP - Certified Cloud Security Professional, CISM - Certified Information Security Manager, CCSK - Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge)

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
