Supply Chain Analyst Manager (Vendor Relations)

With an emphasis on digitally driven workflows, Denbright Dental Labs specializes in helping the modern-day clinician identify, understand, and implement digitally driven prosthetics and surgical solutions.

Our network of independently operated labs spans coast to coast, ensuring that dentists receive state-of-the-art products and services.

Position Summary :

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing our procurement processes across our seven dental labs.

You will be responsible for analyzing costs, negotiating with suppliers, and sourcing the best materials to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements :

Educational Background :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. A master's degree or professional certification (e.

g., APICS, CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.

• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, preferably within the dental or medical device industry.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Negotiation Skills : Proven experience in negotiating with suppliers and vendors, with a track record of securing favorable terms and cost savings.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in supply chain management software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
• Attention to Detail : High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive cost analysis of supplies and services for all seven dental labs.
• Identify and secure the most cost-effective materials and products.
• Negotiate favorable rates and terms with suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Oversee inventory management and coordinate supply logistics to ensure timely delivery.
