Automated Health Systems has Full Time and Part Time call center positions available in Elkridge, MD.

Bilingual Spanish needed.

This position is onsite at 6514 Meadowridge Road, Elkridge, MD.

• Schedule : Monday to Friday between 9 : 30 AM-2 : 30 PM or 10 AM-3 PM

As a Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for assisting individuals and families gain access to vital services.

Qualifications for the position include :

• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
• Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and / or call center environment required.
• High School Diploma, Associates degree in related field preferred.
• Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.

Available shifts between 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
