Position Overview : Leads and empowers a high-performing farm / agribusiness / commercial team : Provides coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce.
Fosters a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.Builds and maintains strategic relationships : Develops strong relationships with internal stakeholders and other departments, to ensure alignment and support for farm initiatives.
Cultivates external partnerships with industry vendors, agents, and customers to secure favorable terms and expand market reach.
Optimizes farm / agribusiness / commercial operations : Implements risk management strategies to mitigate losses and ensure financial stability.
Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and maximize profitability.Analyzes market trends and data to make informed decisions about risk acquisition and retention.
