Summary
Little Lions Learning Center is looking for playful, enthusiastic, and passionate early childhood educators to join our team.
We are looking for candidates based on experience, qualifications, values, and attitudes. We strive to have a team of passionate, positive, and like-minded individuals who understand the importance of creating and offering our students and families a nurturing and welcoming environment.
Pay rates for all positions depend on experience and qualifications and will be discussed at the interview stage.

Holidays : Little Lions Learning Center closes for all major holidays, and all staff are guaranteed off.
Wellbeing : A caring and supportive work environment where you are valued for your amazing work. Our staff is the center of our learning center, and we make sure they know it.
We also arrange social gatherings and team-building activities. All little Lion team members are given one half day off every six weeks that is paid for self-care.
These days are preplanned in advance.
Personal growth : Little Lions Learning Center supports each team member with continued professional development / growth, and we encourage further training.
Duties
- Develop a careful and creative program suitable for the age of the students
- Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed age appropriate activities
- Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
- Track children’s progress and report to parents throughout the years and bi-annual parent / teacher conferences
- Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and needs
- Collaborate with other staff members
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
- High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
- A strong understanding of child development.
- High school diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- WI Registry level 7 or higher
- Prior early childhood experience
- Certification in child CPR
