Specific tasks include :
- Conduct overall management coordination for all technical, networking, simulation, exercise design, and administrative support.
- Assist the Government in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of simulation systems and tools, and exercises and training events.
- Provide strategic solutions for standardizing technology, technical documentation, and technical support models across the site(s).
- Attend training, seminars, conferences, exercise / experiment planning events, site surveys, and training events.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline.
- At least 3 years’ experience with Sustainment simulation supporting like-sized teams and projects.
- Must have CompTIA Security+.
- Must possess and be able to maintain a Secret DoD Clearance.
- Strong experience in Logistics Federation systems integration, including integrating hardware and software components to create cohesive systems.
- Knowledge of DoD simulation technologies, particularly those relevant to logistics military training and operations.
- Knowledge of programming languages and scripting, often including languages like C++, Java, or Python.
- Familiarity with network architecture and protocols, particularly those used in military or simulation environments.
- Hands-on experience with military simulation systems, such as constructive or virtual simulation platforms.
- Understanding of the specific requirements and constraints of military training simulations.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.

- Work requires frequent use of hands to finger, handle, feel and operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequent sitting for prolonged periods.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work is performed in a fast-paced office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually low.
- Ability to collect data, define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.
