Job Title : Project Manager (PMO)
Location : Los Angeles, CA (On-site 3 days per week)
Duration : 1+ year, with potential for extension
Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. This role is based in-office for 3 days a week .
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working within a structured PMO environment and managing the implementation of various applications across diverse business areas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the implementation of a wide range of application types, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate projects across multiple domains such as Finance, HR, Transportation, Radio / Phone Communications, Risk Management, IT Service Management, and more.
- Ensure all projects adhere to PMO standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates, mitigate risks, and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to drive project success and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Proven experience working in a structured Project Management Office (PMO).
- Expertise in managing and implementing a variety of applications across different business functions.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on multi-functional applications.
- Ability to manage projects across several fields, including but not limited to Finance, HR, Communications, Risk Management, and IT Service Management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information :
Candidates must be local to Los Angeles, CA, as this role requires in-office presence 3 days per week.
