Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all inbound / outbound communications with patients, physicians, and advocatesAccurately enter and maintain documentation of eligibility paperwork and inquiriesPlace outbound calls for clarification on program guidelines and requirementsRequired QualificationsHigh school degree or equivalent2 - 3 years of customer service experienceProficiency with personal computersAbility to work a flexible schedule to cover peak timesPharmacy Tech license as needed for specific programs
