We are seeking a skilled Tax Supervisor to join our team at a growing CPA firm located in Phoenix, AZ. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career and become a Partner in a well-established firm in the next 2-4 years.

Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement innovative tax planning strategies
- Establish and nurture new client relationships
- Effectively manage clients and exceed their expectations
- Ensure efficient management of tax engagements and workload
- Provide expert advice on corporate, partnership, individual, and trust and estate tax services
- Engage in networking and business development activities to foster client relationships
- Lead and supervise Tax Seniors and Staff
- Demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, Master's in tax is preferred
- Active CPA certification
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting
- Preferably 2 years of experience in supervising and training
- Proficient in managing IRS interactions
- Experience with signing and e-filing forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, and 1040s
- Ability to think creatively, provide valuable insights and ideas to clients and the firm
- Expertise in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple client engagements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with UltraTax is preferred, but not required
