We're seeking a Marketing Manager with a blend of creativity and analytical skills, boasting 3-5 years of experience in B2B services marketing.
Your role is pivotal in crafting graphically engaging content and personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and Buyer Personas, using a mix of traditional and AI-enhanced tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Creative and Graphical Content Development : Employ a creative mindset to develop visually appealing and engaging content across various formats and channels.
- ICP and Buyer Persona Targeting : Skillfully use data-driven insights to tailor marketing efforts and content creation to our ICPs and Buyer Personas.
- Marketing Automation : Utilize marketing automation platforms to design, implement, and analyze targeted campaigns.
- Innovative Email Marketing : Design and execute visually engaging and targeted email campaigns.
- Webinar and Event Marketing : Create visually compelling promotional materials for webinars and events.
- Case Study and Guide Creation : Develop graphically engaging case studies and guides that resonate with our audience.
- Newsletter Design and Management : Curate visually appealing and informative newsletter content.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) : Craft personalized and visually striking ABM campaigns.
- Customer Feedback Analysis : Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and address customer needs effectively.
- Utilization of AI in Content Creation : Leverage AI tools to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of marketing materials.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in creative marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in ICP targeting and Buyer Persona development.
- Strong understanding of AI-based marketing tools and their application in creative content development.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

The salary range for this opportunity is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 a year. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
