Position Summary :

We are seeking a Home Health Aide who is dedicated, reliable, and ready to make a meaningful impact. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our clients on an as-needed basis.

This flexible role allows you to work around your schedule while making a significant difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their daily activities
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with clients
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, including weekends and holidays
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license
