- Interface with customers / inbound callers
- Order processing
- Preparation of production items- light assembly for envelope packages
- Respond to email customers
- Tracking and reporting of activity*Skills Needed : *
- Good Computer Skills Especially Microsoft Excel
- Multi Task Expertise
- Must be detailed with good management skills
- Interface w / Client & Staff
- Great phone presence
