We are looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator, Inside Project Manager, or Estimator to manage our bids and proposals.
Are you detail-oriented, decisive, adaptable, and good at negotiating? Do you have experience developing bids for major national clients?

A huge plus if you have prior experience obtaining building / construction permits!

Responsibilities
- Review RFPs / requirements for contract mods / new contracts
- Lead internal estimating effort on standard spreadsheet integrating with ERP
- Develop proposal (Technical / Commercial response)
- Negotiate / discuss proposals with clients and make updates
- Review orders and hold kickoff meetings for operations and accounting
- Commercial communications with key clients (phone, text, chime, email)
- Job costing reviews with Project Manager / General Manager
Requirements :
- B.S. or B.A. in mechanical engineering or related field from an accredited university OR equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience OR related technical experience.
- Knowledgeable about conveyors and industrial equipment.
- Experience obtaining construction permits is a PLUS!
- Must have good business sense and able to build basic spreadsheets for estimates.
- Must possess the financial sense and ability to analyze if projects are over / under budget.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) both internally and with customers
- Ability to build strong relationships with engineering groups, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Must be detailed oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Must be a self-managed individual who is a team player.
