A $50B+ private equity firm is looking to bring their valuations function in-house. This hire level hire will directly report to VP of Finance.
Responsibilities & Qualifications :
- Create and maintain fair value models for private direct investments using discounted cash flow models, public comparables, option pricing models, and recent transactions
- Prepare valuation analysis and present conclusions internally to senior management and Valuation Committee. Manage / review 3rd party firm’s review of models and supporting documentation
- Support senior management through portfolio monitoring, reporting and performance reporting queries, which involves collecting and compiling data from various portfolio companies and analyzing company performance and portfolio performance data
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting / Finance; Minimum of 4+ years’ work experience in the asset management industry within valuations;
Advanced Excel skills required
Compensation : Up to $200k all-in (commensurate based on experience). Additional benefits include a hybrid work schedule, 401k match, & medical benefits.
