What you'll be doing
- Defining our eCommerce strategy and tactics to bridge the gap between physical and digital retail.
- Assessing a wide range of opportunities and issues related to our current production eCommerce platform, merchandising tactics, and content.
- Optimizing strategies and tactics to drive revenue and other KPIs for key product categories.
- Collaborating with Line of Business Partners, Market Research, Marketing, Brand, Product, Tech Teams, Vendors and Agencies to achieve strategic objectives and maximize sales.
- Designing and deploying Accessories eCommerce enhancements in collaboration with business and technical teams.
The right person has
- A BA / BS in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- 5+ years related experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Strategy, Automotive, or related field.
- Exceptional analytical ability with the capability to transform data into actionable insights and plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and resourcefulness and Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong sense of ownership, decision-making skills, and comfort with ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master’s Degree / M.B.A.
- Experience with data and analytical tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, MS Excel, miniTab).
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms (e.g. HCL, Adobe Experience Platform, Shopify, Salesforce, Product Information Management systems).
- Experience with demand generation activities and / or platforms (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, SEMRUSH, Google Shopping Ads).
- Demonstrated knowledge in Customer Experience, including but not limited to Design Thinking, Agile Development, and Customer Journey Mapping.
- Automotive industry and / or retail experience.
