Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values and Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling or other human-service-related field (preferred).
Experience : Minimum one year Behavioral Health experience preferred. OR Education : working towards a degree (preferred) in human-service-related field Preferred Other : Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills.
Co-worker must be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations.
