We are looking for Product Lead to join our TikTok Shopping team. As a product lead, you will be responsible for product roadmap and product strategy design and provide our target users / clients with product solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Be responsible for daily team management and cooperation with key stakeholders.
- Have a good understanding of e-commerce platform and business, and the ability to understand the new business models.
- Good collaboration skills to work with multi-function teams from international backgrounds on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 8 years work experience with the e-commerce industry, and 3+ years team management experience.
- Experience as a product manager or product developer.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and project management capabilities, data driven ability, and be able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex situations.
