- Manage, update, and modify Regard’s cloud-based infrastructure across the entire product platform.
- Take ownership of small to medium infrastructure projects , collaborating closely with senior DevOps engineers to design and implement solutions.
- Assist senior engineers on large-scale infrastructure projects .
- Write infrastructure as code (IaC) to facilitate efficient team spin-up of new services.
- Maintain and support the core CI / CD infrastructure and containerized environments.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of new customer buildouts and ensure seamless integration with electronic medical record (EMR) software .
- Improve the quality and efficiency of the codebase through proactive fixes, tooling upgrades, and proposing projects aimed at enhancing the overall infrastructure codebase .
- Participate in operational support activities, including on-call rotations , to support infrastructure.
Required Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience with writing infrastructure as code (using tools like Terraform , CloudFormation , or Pulumi ).
- Proficiency in container technologies and frameworks (such as Kubernetes , EKS , Docker , or ArgoCD ).
- Experience with cloud services and related technologies.
- Competence in Linux operating systems and scripting.
- Willingness to provide on-call operational support for areas of responsibility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in customer-facing activities , particularly for the integration of Regard’s platform with EHR systems .
Preferred Qualifications :
- Hands-on experience with AWS .
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role .
